Just don't buy Apple products. They suck. Thats why you (and others) resort to jailbreakiing. Most overrated, made in china tinkertoys ever. And their ads fail to give the laugh they're so painstakingly made to deliver.

^ very big idiot (clearly shown by such a rubbish arguement).
Anyways, you knew the risks when trying to jailbrake your iphone, which i'd never do within the warranty period. Bricking is hard to resolve, probs be better off with a new one.

The new Blackberry Storm by Verizon is way better then the iphone. But if ur gonna stick with the iphone, you should just get a new one. But tell them that it stopped working or broke, so then you can get a new one free.

Hmm? It's quite the paradox, because you didn't make an "arguement", you just stated what you believe to be fact. So... congratulations on your refutation! Your IQ must be AWESUM!
On Topic: People who look up online how to jailbreak an iPod entirely deserve to have theirs bricked, unless they actually want to go through the work of understanding what they are doing. Buy another. Try jailbreaking again. Fail again. Repeat until you learn.

You really have to do your research first lol. If you had done so, you would've learned that 3G iPhones cannot be Jailbroken at this time. 2nd Gen iPod Touch is also unable to be Jailbroken.
You could try obtaining the original .ipsw for your iPhone version and install it through iTunes. Search for other options. =) You pretty much voided the warranty by trying to Jailbreak and if you send it to Apple they'll know and will not replace the unit.

I did search and there is a software called winpwn that unlocks the 3g, touch, and 2g i heard that if u restore the device to factory settings using itunes, it will unbrick

Quite the miss-use of big words there. There's no paradox in there, whether or not i'm using the word 'Arguement' in the right way, well.. that's a different thing. Allthough, you could see the use of arguement as being correct in this case. Forum -> topic(discussion) -> fueling the discussion (opinions/arguements/statements). etc.
And my refutation? Do you even know what it mean to refute someone's arguement/opinion/whatever? Maybe i should've done, But i'm not gonna waste a lot of time on people solving others problems by simply stating "the manufacturer is shit" because "they suck" and therefor he's brought it upon himself by even thinking of buying one. And to add to that "their commercials are shit" so, ye, that helps to.
