Best way to do it is to just keep going until you simply can't anymore.
I dont get that? I can do around 35-40 pull ups.. but i cant do anywhere near 100 sit ups. Or have i got what you've said the wrong way round?

I try to work out 1 hour for most of the days of the week, about 30 minutes of sit-ups, push-ups and stretching to get myself more flexible
Then about 30-60 minutes of practising full power techniques on my punching bag.
2 evenings a week I spend in the gym training kyokushin, one evening condition / endurance training, and 1 evening techniques and full contact fighting.
I'm thinking about buying some small weights soon, it will be a nice addon

I run for 2-5 miles a day.
I stretch for about 30 minutes a day(gotta stay flexibile).
I do about 50 crunches and that's it.
Oh yea 30 min of cardio at least 3 times a week.
and I also eat healthy. That's what works for me mostly(that and stretching)

Every night 40 pushups 200 crunches 3 reps of lifting 60 lbs 5 times. It's the machine that works your chest.
When I get back to college after this nice break I will go to the AC (activity center) about 3 times a week and run for 10-20 mins on a treadmill and use the machines.
I have to work on my chest. I had pectus carinatum that I had surgery on. My chest kinda is retarded so I am trying to build it up so I don't look so odd. Haha nah off season is easy. On season, I have to lead pace for the entire varsity team and keep up with my coach on a bike. On season its about 12-15miles a day, not including the 2 mile warmup and cooldown. Its fun but its very time consuming. At the end its kinda worth it cuz I can out run a lot of people. Hehe This one week I had ran 100miles.... haha But I messed up my right knee so I take it easy and do stuff to strenthen my knee... like take 30mile bike rides and hard 2 hour pool workouts. Haha I should become a personal trainer =] I helped my step-dad lose 30lbs in 2 weeks by giving him a nutrition plan and exercise plan =] its not what you eat, its the quantity that you eat. It takes time and committment
u like running?
when the coach makes us run its like BLEHHH i rather just wrestle

That sounds rough. It's amazing how little steps add up though. Run 3 miles a day and pretty soon 4 miles won't seem that hard. Etc, etc... I just wish I had the self discipline to keep up with it all haha. It's amazing what the human body is capable of.

300 crunches (on different part of the abs)
Bicept (30lbs) 15 time / 4 time (I dont have any other dumbell to go higher lol...)
and like 10-15 minute of working on my pect with 2 dumbell of 20 lbs (don't have a bench bar or w/e you call it lol...)
well I'm not working out to beef like hulk, i just wanna keep a nice definition. i also do it cause I need it, I've been like 2 week without working my abs, and 1 week without lifting weight and I felt like shit. Until I got home tonight and started again
