What does Six Flags being a well established park have anything to do with anything at all? Lul I wouldn't blame the workers there, they basically do this same work (of checking belts) every 3 minutes every day, and the amount of people shitting their pants before going on a roller coaster might explain their apathy to the woman's anxiety. Not to ignore thefact that the seat belt itself might have been faulty. @Budo; I think their really wouldn't be any point of closing the amusement park that exact day, as it would just ruin other people's (who already paid for their ticket) days, and after hearing about the accident they could have just left (or stuck to the water rides/non-rides). It would have made sense to shut down the next day to make sense of he accident but eh, $_$ @inky; I hate those kind of belts >_<. At Kings Dominion there was a similar belts on one of the standing coasters, and it actually loops around aswell, <_>

Oh please, get your head out of your ass. You are a random guy on the internet, that does not mean you get to randomly push labels on people as if you have any credibility whatsoever, other than being the forum teabagger (oohhh cwutididthar) Just cause they are a well known amusement park does not take away from anyone's opinion that they should have closed down the park the day a guest died on one of their rides. In fact being a large corporation means they are more likely to **** up and make missteps.

Of course in this situation image control and making sure their park is safe, are mutually exclusive... As just some guy on the Internet, who apparently is a 'teabagger', I find TheDrop, rarely knows what he's talking about. Given that the majority of his "real world expertise" revolves around blogs and other internet outlets, it doesn't surprise me in the least. DAMN THOSE BIG CORPORATIONS...

If they're going to shut down the park the next day (pissing off guests..the inconsiderate ones at least.) to fully investigate what happened as well as re-asses their operations and review safety for ALL rides in the park then there is no reason to not shut the park down (or temporarily pause operations) on the day of the incident since your gonna piss off guests either way... Keeping the park open to not ruin the fun of other guests is a logically weak and morally deprived position to hold... just saying..

^Eh, I think closing off the the park on the day of the accident just means that all the guests that already paid for their tickets have to leave; as opposed to closing it the next day when people haven't bought their tickets yet.
@Fic; Yes as opposed to you getting your info from..where? Ass? There's no point arguing with you, I'm out.

Well, some companies they "don't give a crap about you" and safety issue.. before it's too late.
