Eh...
Seeing the poor thing get hit kinda brought up memories of when my dog got ran over 'n died ....
though didn't really cry ....just more like "Eh, poor thing *moves on w/ life*"

And even though they may not know the actual danger or what traffic/cars are, they certainly know that giant, fast, loud things coming at you = scary i'm sure, but it still went to help.
