if your story is true, that pilot is so getting his ass whoop by his command officer. I believe it is illegal for the B-2 so fly that low.

what does cost of it have anything to do with its altitude of flight...its not like its a top secret project that noone knows about or on a mission to blow up everything below it.

its a safety regulation, money is always an issue for everything.
