^This gave me a nice idea for wallpapers. wallpapers change with the time of the day, dawn wallpaper for the dawn, evening wallpaper... etc and all of them are the same one scene, taken at different times of the day.
gonna search for something like that then post later if I found

gonna search for something like that then post later if I found Windows 7 has that kind of feature but it just rotates like every five seconds. Tell me if you get any results.

Would be funny if someone actually uploaded his desktop with a bot logo on it

Ty, I'll look around. I decided to get rocketdock and messed around a bit with it, ended up removing my toolbar and I really like how my desktop is looking now. By the way, Ex, may I ask where you got those things for the date and the what's up next thingy?

This looks nice. I installed Emerge desktop shell the other day to check out, but it seems to be hardly customizable visually. Well it is but it's hard to make it look pretty. I'll look into this one. Thanks :]

This is on my netbook. Running ubuntu 11.04 and running an XP virtual computer surprisingly well. I turned down the features for XP because I didn't want it using a lot of resources.

Nice, K.K. Very WP7-esque. I'm sure that was the point, though.

I can't remember where I got the background from. Most likely deviantart though.
