Help resize image for guild icon

After 6+ months, our guild reached lvl 4. And I want to use this little smiley guy. My problem is, that I have a difficult time resizing it and making it look right. Can someone with skills please help?

Ok, but i dont remember which size is allowed for guild pic. 10x10?
