yea...they say that the gimp is the most similar yo photoshop [i supose that then it shold be ginda good program ^^]

Do you even know the differences between the versions? From version 6.0 to now there's only been minor changes, mostly graphical. With the exception of some really sparsely used features, cs2/cs3beta to 6.0 have been practically the same thing.

thanks guys,
i downloaded gimp last night, and thought it was pretty kewl, although, totally differnt 2 fireworks which is wat we use a t scholl 4 most of our stuff, but we mostly making web sites not siggys,
so, gonna look through the siggy tuts, and see how i go, will post a product soon (if it works).

PS - dom, most likly that free phtoshop was filled with trojans, keyloggers, spyware etc. etc., hope u scanned it

CS is just the newer versions of photoshop, and you have som new filters and tolls Etc.Etc

there are reliable sources.
ontopic: yea it seems almost everyone not using ps is using gimp. im using ps CS2.

Aaaaand alot of brushes are made on the CS range now so yeah.
