Some members may remember a couple of years back i had started an sro site design idea, well ive ended up going back to that and using it for the esro guys, this is the 905 complete version, ignore the final fantasy pics, as this was originally for a ff site, but ive been editing it for esro.

where it says player rank, the guy with da axe is like cut out lol, maybe fade him from the bottom up. the menu bars on the right are not alignede. remove the extra background dude from the chick and the constipated guy with the armor. remove the shadows off the logo and maybe a suggesting that use more of a gradient than a pattern. everything else is good... could use more color. 8)
