ok this is a definite improvement over the other one of yours i commented on (hejsan). focal is much more clear, the text flows much better (as does the whole sig), and the effects are for the most part more controlled. you went a bit overboard w/ the splotchy brushing in the bottom right, imo, and the border between that area and the rainbow needs to be smudged a bit, but for the most part i think it's much better. a border would help too XD
I agree with SG (<3) Focal is more clear and I do like the creativity in the text. Looks a little bright, may want to lower the outer glow or inner glow you have on the text. It looks like your light source you just took a soft brush and brushed once, I guess it just doesn't look "natural." You may want to try using a lens flare. And like SG said, you kinda over did it with the splatters in the lower right corner. Looks like too many skittles are commin down from that little rainbow looking streak. Some smudging and more blending would have been better. I know you don't "need" a border, but to me I feel it's an important part of a sig, in most cases. But definately an improvement <3 keep practicing!
haha i agree with you guys on the over-splotched dots on the right. but i accidently made new layer and couldn't undo it =/ so i was stuck with that lol

Watch for the flow of the circles. You may want to try some clipping masks and smudging to blend it better. The little rainbow streak looks MUCH better. Keep practicing it's look a lot better <3
Since you have the bright colorful line going over the right side of your sig why dont you make the circles "flow" with the line instead of just blogging out randomly? =)
