The ear looks fake this way
The hair looks a bit green

along the whole hairline is very messy and obviously messed, the ear is the most noticeable area for it. Along the edges of her dress you have several errors on her skin. also under her eyebrow looks off. nice try, you could probably nail the next one.

oh, and threshold is your friend for making selections with/around hair
