 Post subject: Gimp help

So yea im in gimp. And i am trying to make a signature. I have a render on it of my char, and i want to make a color gradient so it can be cool that way. BUT one problem.. I press new layer. Then i press Gradient, and i make the layer transparent. What am i doing wrong? l thx bai

and when you paste your render in the signature go to the layers tab, on the one that says float right click and select "new layer" now select your background layer and put your gradient there :D

I use GIMP too :wink:

I just got CS3 nothing much has really changed
so it was a waste of time downloading it. and if anyone
gets it its the easiest version to crack... all you have to do
is go into C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\AMT
and rename "application.sif" to something else such as "application.sid"
or something and then you wont have to put in a S/N... :wink:
and i know its a non-warez related forum and this was WWAAYYYY offtopic
but i had the urge to tell everyone :D. Well i might try out gimp i've
seen MANY impressive work when using it.
