As I've said in Project52, it's freaking amazing. The smudging is 100%.

Too much negative space on the left side imo. Big blaring white space. Looks good though. One thing I would try to add is more of the colors you already have in different tones.
So move it all over to the left somewhat. Add a slight vignette on the left side like you did on the right.

JUST WANTED TO TEST THIS MUAAHAHAHAHSo there's this edit button. Too much shirt, not enough ripped. idk why but the blue over her right shoulder is bothering me a lot, it's like the arm is floating in space. It's extremely clean though, not like other smudge works where parts that don't blend are covered up by particle effects and c4ds.

Can you/someone put up a tutorial on how to properly smudge. Ive never learned the right way and it has always ended up like 1st grade material.

I like the focal placement, colours and smudging.
The lacking I feel derives manly from your canvas size, seems too large. If you were to narrow it down it would put a lot more emphases on your focal point-- maybe even bring up your smudging a bit (I would assume you did them on separate layers so this is possible, yes?) because it's really working nicely to bring out your focal as well. Also to break up that uniformed white space you have to the left I think using textures would suit this tag wonderfully. You already have this great grunge-esque atmosphere to it; so you might as well give it that finishing touch with some pretty textures. Plus with the textures you might be able to bring some dire needed contrast adding a deal depth to the piece too which I feel is one of the main things missing here I would even go as far as to say that taking your burn tool and picking out some shadowing from your smudging would help them, for lack of a better word, 'pop'. Even picking out some of the darker tones on her face, chest, right arm would help accentuate your lighting--which btw I feel kinda ends abruptly on the top of her bangs--was the stock like that or is it a white brush?
Anyway, solid piece, you've improved.

Thanks. By "too large" do you mean too wide or too high? The lighting on her hair was some me, some stock. I tryed to save it, but I guess I ended up making it worse. Thanks for the crit, I will definitely take all the things mentioned into consideration. And thanks SM.

If you were to narrow it down So height, width I feel works well the way it is.
