1) The text logo is great. It's floating about, but perfectly fashionable.
2) The menu, and colorfull left-top logo look like they've just been slapped on, and are floating about.
3) I love the banner, why are you not giving it enough credit and dropping it that low.
4) The colors in your left-top logo, are perfectly suitable for that same banner, why not incorporate them. Some way.
5) I'm not a big fan of glossy buttons, they match with almost nothing, except if you 'gloss' out your entire website.
At this point you have three focals that represent your company/website in a different way. That's too much, you need to be consequent in your look and feel, and have people focus on the rest.
I'm not a big fan of the twirly fonts, but i've seen it before on fashion websites, so i guess it's accepted in that segment. Don't go to far and make your menu not-readable though.
Look around, take a look at other (fashion) websites, they're all serving (nearly, with the exception of certain demographic values and taste.) the same target-group, so should be of your interest.
