Just that it teaches you to blend your character in better, the flow of the sig. At least for a start. Better...keep practicing  I did almost all the tuts in the sticky, but I started with Rizlas, Cins, Ol3ns first one and GeeDunks. They're excellent for getting familiar with ps.
