Hear ye' hear ye'! Draquish of the Caribbean sends out a decree to all ze poets in ze land! To post ze poemz on thy here thread!! And to share ye poetic talent with us! I shall start ye off. (Take into consideration that all, except one of me poems is made for me Gf.)
Quote: I know I'm not good with words. But I must be heard. I feel really corny while writing all of this. But there is too much stuff that I need to express. Out of all the girls I've had, you seem to be the best. There is something about you, you are not like the rest. I'm so freaking whipped, I feel like a bitch. You are the one girl, in a long time, that I don't want to ditch. Just 30 minutes, that'll be enough. To have me thinking about you, till the moon rises up. You are like the drug I've never tried. Better than Pot, and Crystal Meth combined. Even though a guy like me doesn't deserve you. I just wanted a simple way to tell you. Today. That I plan on loving you; till the end of my days. Quote: I'm sitting here grinding, with my music on. When suddenly I notice, that something has gone wrong. The mobs dissapeared, and the chat box has stopped scrolling. I can't click anywhere; where the heck am I going? A box pops up, now I now see the connection. I have just suffered, a bad case of disconnection. Quote: Everyone makes them, whether they like it or not. It may be to become an astronaut, or to start smoking pot. They are what makes us, or what sometimes breaks us. And once in a while, they may cause a great fuss. But remember dear friend, practice revision. Each and every time you make a decision. Quote: My girlfriend is nice. My girlfriend is sweet. My girlfriend wouldn't cheat on me, if I'd just let her be. My girlfriend is the greatest person, I've ever got a chance to meet. But sometimes I have insecurities. When I see another guy, hugging my sweet pea. What I feel is anger, and sometimes jealousy. Should I confront her? Or just let her be? Forget it, in the end, I know she wants to be with me. If she cheats, then it wasn't meant to be. And if she's loyal, then I would have to agree. That my girlfriend is the greatest person, I've ever got a chance to meet. ^_^

Love this one:

My next poem is titled:
Quote: One day I will, one day I will. Wait for her hug, and I'll stand still. One day I would, one day I would. Do all that's in my power, for her own good. One day I wish, one day I wish. For her to cook for me, my new favorite dish. One day I hope, one day I hope. For strength and will, so I can cope. One day is crappy, one day is crappy. And I'll do anything, to make her happy. One day I will, one day I will. Confess to her, that I love her still.
I made this poem when me and my gf(yes the one from the previous poems) were split up...once we got back together I gave her the poem, she thought it was sweet.

Im not a poet myself, but I love the work of Alighieri, Ive read the whole comedy and then I read the Aeneid but didnt like it as much, so Ill stick with Alighieri when I feel like more poetry ^^ The comedy is an amazing work, his verses are arranged in a terza rima scheme (means 11 syllable lines) and they are arranged in a ryhme scheme such as : ABA BCB CDC DED EFE..etc for a continuous 500+ pages. INSANE!

John Keats (1795–1821). The Poetical Works of John Keats. 1884. 10. Woman! when I behold thee flippant, vain * * * * * * * WOMAN! when I behold thee flippant, vain, Inconstant, childish, proud, and full of fancies; Without that modest softening that enhances The downcast eye, repentant of the pain That its mild light creates to heal again: E’en then, elate, my spirit leaps, and prances, E’en then my soul with exultation dances For that to love, so long, I’ve dormant lain: But when I see thee meek, and kind, and tender, Heavens! how desperately do I adore Thy winning graces;—to be thy defender I hotly burn—to be a Calidore— A very Red Cross Knight—a stout Leander— Might I be loved by thee like these of yore. Light feet, dark violet eyes, and parted hair; Soft dimpled hands, white neck, and creamy breast, Are things on which the dazzled senses rest Till the fond, fixed eyes, forget they stare. From such fine pictures, heavens! I cannot dare To turn my admiration, though unpossess’d They be of what is worthy,—though not drest In lovely modesty, and virtues rare. Yet these I leave as thoughtless as a lark; These lures I straight forget—e’en ere I dine, Or thrice my palate moisten: but when I mark Such charms with mild intelligences shine, My ear is open like a greedy shark, To catch the tunings of a voice divine. Ah! who can e’er forget so fair a being? Who can forget her half retiring sweets? God! she is like a milk-white lamb that bleats For man’s protection. Surely the All-seeing, Who joys to see us with his gifts agreeing, Will never give him pinions, who intreats Such innocence to ruin,—who vilely cheats A dove-like bosom. In truth there is no freeing One’s thoughts from such a beauty; when I hear A lay that once I saw her hand awake, Her form seems floating palpable, and near; Had I e’er seen her from an arbour take A dewy flower, oft would that hand appear, And o’er my eyes the trembling moisture shake.

I believe a hierarchy is the way to go for this great forum.
I shall not do a campaign, but play S4 League instead.
