Around 3000G away from my epic mount lol, gonna backtrack to Outlands and some areas I missed in Northrend for the gold. 60% is too dreadful when I picture others having 280%.

Gahh, now I'm 80 and there's not much to do for pvpers The honor vendors aren't out yet and there's still quite a lot of people that have to ding 80 so BGs have long queues/few players. I could farm for my epic mount but I've always been bad at moneymaking. I don't want to do some damn instances, I didn't roll pvp server to fight some scripted baddies. The only thing I can do is do the boring stuff I have to do but don't wanna do. Get epic flyer, get herbalism skill, level inscriptions, level first aid(lol, I only have like 200 first aid ) Wintergrasp is pretty sweet though. I won my first match and it was awesome. We did some tactical supermoves and distracted the horde to defend one side and then we charged in with three of those rams and crushed the place in no time. I was riding one of the rams, was pretty damn sweet. Anyways, I guess I'll farm my epic flyer. What do you guys recommend for farming gold? Quests are pretty poor, even dailies suck balls if you don't have epic flyer.

Innovacious wrote: lolwut, violet hold heroic is a cakewalk. We were pretty much down a player aswell since we had a druid doing dps in mostly tank gear, quest green and tbc blue tank gear :|. He was doing almost 700dps, which is less than what i do when im in aspect of the viper :O and less than what i did at level 70! I really have to agree on that, did some heroics today and it wasn't that pleasant. Violet Hold was the only heroic I could tank without getting wiped, Utgarde Keep was somewhat harder with the final boss. Just spent last 2 hours dying and doing corpse run for Hall of Lightning. Just gonna sign myself up for Violet Hold heroics for now, lol. EDIT: Can you guys maybe recommend some heroics that I'm able to handle, other than Utgarde Keep and Violet Hold? Don't wanna join one and get everyone wiped and pissed. Currently has 535 Defense, trying to get it up to 540.

If I wanna run heroics will I need honored + key again? God pve sucks. All the BGs are unbalanced so I can't do pvp as well. Don't even know where to start with getting my gear. If only more people would queue BGs and the honorvendor would open I'd have something to do :(:(

I should be rolling dungeon blues before I can even do some heroics. I'll just stick to my 2,5 hour wintergrasps. I did a 16k eviscerate crit with the tenacity buff

omg... just attempted utgarde pinnacle heroic, usually incredibly easy but today we had the shitest paly tank ever, his gear was fine, he had more than enough defence and stamina but he was just shit. It wasnt really even a pug, i was the only random, the rest were all in a guild together.
The paly couldnt hold aggro on one mob, let alone groups of them, he insisted that we had to use as much cc as humanly possible which made it super slow. Then we wiped on skadi about 50 times because eveyone was out aggroing him, and he wasnt picking up the casters that just kept spamming shadow bolts at us dps and the healer. Usually in there, even with a warrior or bear tank they can hold aggro on 3-4 mobs at a time and thats supposed to be the palys speciality!
The one time we managed to get to the end and get skadi down the stupid paly didnt even notice, he continued smacking one of the other mobs that was still alive, even with his guild mates shouting at him. When he was finally done he stood there for a couple seconds and only then did he notice the boss, the dead tree, and the dead mage...
And for some reason he was getting annoyed with everyone because we kept wiping ¬_¬
This was all after we wiped on the second boss because he didnt pick up the adds from the worm thingy and while we were having to deal with them the boss awoke and killed us...
it seemed as if he thought consecration had a 10 min cooldown or something because he hardly ever used it.
[/rant]
needed to let off some steam
Thats the 4th heroic in 2 days i havnt finished because of retards ¬_¬

^ Exactly why I try to avoid any if not all pve. It's already enough of a pain to get a damn group and then you end up in retard paradise.

woutR wrote: ^ Exactly why I try to avoid any if not all pve. It's already enough of a pain to get a damn group and then you end up in retard paradise. Well, this is where a good guild comes in. Did you know I have only like 2 real friends on my friendslist? I have 10 tanks / 10 healers in there, or around that anyway. PvE is superior when you get into it deep enough, past the noob zone. Really, I've been living up to PvE for like 2 years whilst I levelled in wow, had to reroll several times etc. But now that I am finally in a super guild and we already downed malygos couple of days back, it feels so good. Every day there are like 2/3 groups just of our guildies running heroics, we finish like 6 in a couple of hours.. We got all content on farm now Should have full nax25, malygos25, and obsidian sanctum25 done in 2 nights from now on. Per week. Still on tryout though, but I really really don't see myself going anywhere soon. I've found my home and I'm staying there. I had a 7 hour convo on MSN last night with one of them, lol. Finally, for the first time in like 2 years+ I am playing WoW the way I have wanted it

I know what you mean, it does feel good to have mates party together for heroics and raids, not a pickup group where healer will leave without any reason after first wipe. I've been wanting to join a large PvE guild myself but currently I'm in a guild with a real life friend and his mates, it's quite a small and cozy guild, and they helped me a lot throughout the past month. But yeah, probably gonna keep on joining pickup groups until they get to 80 before the quality PvE comes in.
As for after reaching cap, I find it really hard to get a drive to backtrack to Outlands and some parts of Northrend to quest for gold, since the reward is actually hardly rewarding. But for now, I'm still questing around Icecrown, maybe moving to Storm Peaks once I get the achievement, all that while LFG for some easier Heroics and normal 80 instances for some tanking gear I've been eying on. Also doing the daily at Wyrmrest Temple for reputation, around 2000 away from being revered with Wyrmrest Accord so I can get an upgrade on my chest and feet.

Almost level 20 on my Tauren Druid, I love Feral combat spec, just learned today though, that you don't only have to get skills for your spec. Should be easier to level now though. >.<

Yep, but I'm used to the rage system on Bear form, so I'll only be using the kitty to get around a little faster. Bear is just plain great so far for combat, Mark of the Wild + bear = easy survival.

Personally I've come to like the tankability of the bear form, haven't played much since hitting 20, will try when I get up in the morning (hopefully maintenance is over by then.)
