To prevent the loss of accounts, we strongly recommend that you do not purchase Silk through the use of accounts or credit cards in other sites that you DO NOT OWN.

In addition, please do not have someone else purchase Silk in your place, and NEVER reveal your account login information to anyone else.

To define payment by deputy, puchases items through the use of accounts or credit cards in other sites that you do not own.
As a result, users are blocked permanently due to chargeback from other sites.

buying silk from tpl has nothing to do with legit.... what if his paypal is attached to more then two accs and he just made a 3rd that he wants to buy silk for?

Actually, it's a glitch(i think so)...there are 2 sites...www.thep**erlevel.com and http://www.p**erlevel.com...i think the last one(which was mentioned in the notice) is some kind of a scam because it really sounds like the first, tho it looks nothing alike...I honestly think TPL would risk their reputation for like 3$...it's prolly Bshit from joymax b.c ppl stopped buying their gold ...Plus that TPL site looks really well built...kinda professional, not the kind of on-the-fly site p**erlevel.com is.
As for me, i prefer to stay away from them, not b.c i wouldnt need gold or don't have the cash, but i simply hate the idea of having to pay first and get the gold delivered later ).
