We have received inquiries that many of our players in Pacific are experiencing problems with their time based items and attendance event. It has taken some time to investigate and we have eventually found out the problem. It has been already fixed and all time base items have been restituted except ability pets and rental avatars. If any players in pacific server will confirm that said time based items such as ability pets or rental avatars have been expired even though there was still time remaining on them, please contact our customer support to give detailed information so that we will proceed to the item's restoration as soon as possible.
