Hello. This is Silkroad Online.
Due to equipment errors of server machine storage corporate, IDC, there have been a long period of unexpected server inspection.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused from the long period of server inspection. Server is now open with unused Gold/Silver Time and Pet time restored.
We will be preparing a compensation event for the server inspection that has broke out today, and detailed information will be announced in near future.
There will be equipment replacement to provide a more stable service, and is a slight risk during the process, so we ask for our users' understanding should there be another server inspection.

If there's been so many bots banned then why does it still say "Cannot connect due to server traffic" all day long still? 
and then it pops up the confirm window to type the random characters in, I type them in and it still says cannot connect due to server traffic, then it says "Disconnected from server" so I have to re-launch the game and try again

The servers hold up to 5000 from what I've heard and these lists are 20 bans per server.

I am glad I haven't purchased silk yet then, I wouldn't pay for a game that just stresses me out and doesn't let me connect
*click* "ding ding" *click* "ding ding" *click* "ding ding" about 1,000,000 times then it pops up the verification screen, so I type it in and it's like "ding ding" then boots me out >.< SO ANNOYING
